Paige's Return to Deutschland!

Hallo from Berlin! This blog is a place for friends and family to get occasional snip-its on Biggs' life in Germany and me to assuage my guilt for living so far away from loved ones. Expect bad syntax and so-so sentence structure. There is no shame in just scrolling for little Biggs' photos for a "cute fix" without the risk of getting sucked into social media.

My day as the 'Reverend'

The ceremony went off without a hitch. The biggest success is perhaps that I didn't fall off my step stool that I was standing on to get some height on the bride and groom.

Getting the money dance started

This is a tradition where guests pay the bride or groom to dance with them. Half the fun is putting the money down the bride's dress.

How did this one get in here?

This is the only non incriminating photo from Chrissy's bachlorette party. That's kind of a lie, or is it?

Conga line

This wasn't even the craziest of the dancing. It was a party indeed.

The happy couple

This picture doesn't tell the whole story. It looks like the classic, newly married driving away shot. But, turns out that they were schooched all the way over to make room for three more of us that would be joining them for the ride home. It might have been a new low for ride mooching, or maybe a new high?

Take your nephew to work day...

Turns out Oliver isn't much into working or maybe he isn't much into me. Let's go with the former.

Little cookie monster

Oliver prefers getting messy while eating cookies over working. We have a lot in common and he's only eight months old.
